When you join the waiting list or the newsletter
You give us your email address, and for the waiting list, your name and what you’re interested in. They’re saved on this site, and they go to Kit, the service we use to send our emails (Kit’s privacy policy: https://kit.com/privacy). We use them to send you a thank-you, to keep in touch about the homes, and to send you our newsletter. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address, and message are emailed to us so we can reply. They aren’t stored on this site. To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person (Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they find the site: pages visited, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device and browser. It sets cookies to do this. We see totals, not who you are. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or your browser’s privacy settings.
The podcast player
Our About page has a Spotify player. When you visit that page, Spotify can see your visit and may set cookies (Spotify’s privacy policy: https://www.spotify.com/legal/privacy-policy/).
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Liquid Web and protected by Cloudflare. Like every website, their servers see your IP address and keep standard logs to keep the site running and secure.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share your information, and there are no ads on this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete what we have about you.
