Residences
Flourish is a neighborhood of 15 homes, built for belonging.
The homes are in North Hall County, just outside Gainesville, on the Adventures in Missions campus. They’re for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and for their families too: parents can live here alongside their son or daughter.

Two ways to live here
You can live here the way that fits your family.
1
Buy a home
Own one of the 15 homes. Some families buy a home for their son or daughter, often through a trust. Others move in together and live here for years before handing the house on to their son or daughter.
2
Be a roommate
Rent a private room in a home someone else owns. Roommates can be any adult, with or without a disability. The rent helps the owner with the mortgage or pays for extra support, and you get a home with neighbors who know you.

Basement apartments
A home can have a place for someone on call at night.
Many of the homes can have a basement apartment. Someone you trust lives there and is on call at night, in exchange for the apartment. Your son or daughter has help close by without someone watching over them all day.
Floor plans and prices
Floor plans and prices are coming soon.
We expect to share them by the end of the year. Join the waiting list and you’ll be the first to see them.
Paying for care
You pay only for the care your family needs.
Services at Flourish are a la carte. A meal plan, for example, is there if you want it. You don’t pay for what you don’t use.
Medicaid Waiver funds can pay for care, and up to three residents can share one caregiver through the Community Living Support Shared program.
